2010-11 Membership Renewal

It's time to renew your HLABC membership for 2010-11!  HLABC now has discounts for students!

Membership Categories:

$25.00   Regular
  FREE    Students (first year of membership)
$15.00   Students after first year (maximum of two years)

HLABC now offers two payment options:

(A) PayPal payment made to anne dot allgaier at northernhealth dot ca

Instructions:

1) Go to: https://personal.paypal.ca/ca/cgi-bin/?&cmd=_render-content&content_ID=marketing_ca/send_money

2) Under the "To" box, enter anne dot allgaier at northernhealth dot ca (use "." in place of "dot and "@" in place of "at" in the address box)

3) Under the "From" box, enter your email address

4) Under "Amount", enter $25.00 (CAD).  (Students pay 15.00 for the 2nd or 3rd year of their membership.  First year student membership is free) 

5) Press the "Continue" button to go to the next page so that you can enter your name, address, etc., and your credit card information. (Entering this information will result in you having created a Paypal account but we haven’t had any problems regarding such accounts by any of our members.)

(B) Cheque (payable to HLABC) sent to:
